Wtb: A -2 -2 Factions Skin shield or Outcast shield
Ive been hunting for a long time for a -2 enchanted - 2 in stance Factions skined shield... Or a Outcast Shield with good to amazing mods on it... Lets see what you guys can do here..

there are no known factions shields with dual dmg reduction of any kind.

-2 -2 shields don't drop anymore since the old shields boost (45-2 hexed --> 60-3 etc).
